Mia Ndalugi will be graduating with a Bachelors in Sociology and a minor in Ethnic Studies in May 2022. She is passionate about social justice and uses a sociological lens to further understand and expose the inequities that plague marginalized communities in America. She joined Black Sociological Alliance with the vision and drive to uplift the community and cultivate supportive alliances.

Program Development Chair
Time Commitment: 3 - 6 hrs/week *
Responsibilities: Create timelines of events to occur each month, focused on planning activities that can bring the community together.
Main tasks include: coordinating with the board’s schedule’s to ensure we can all share our input, helping to book rooms, and ensuring events are planned during times when participants can come.
